Following successful completion of all first-review requirements, Pleasant View City has initiated its second review period. All engineering plans and required documentation have been submitted. We're actively engaged with the city and targeting preliminary approval within 90 days of June 2026.
A major early milestone — the property was successfully rezoned for residential development, and all engineering plans were submitted to Pleasant View City. All first-review requirements were subsequently fulfilled, clearing the path to the second review stage.
